Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2018 Officer Posts

Indian Coast Guard has published a notification for recruitment of Assistant Commandant (Group ‘A’ Gazetted Officer) in General Duty (Pilot), General Duty and Commercial Pilot Entry (CPL) Branch. Interested candidates can apply on or before 1st June 2018. The commencement of submission of form will start from May 19.

About Indian Coast Guard

The Indian Coast Guard is a multi-mission organization, conducting round-the-year real-life operations at sea. Despite being relatively small, it has a wide range of task capabilities for both surface and air operations. The organization is headed by the Director General Indian Coast Guard (DGICG) exercising his overall command and superintendence from the Coast Guard Headquarters (CGHQ) located at New Delhi. At CGHQ, he is assisted by four Deputy Director Generals of the rank of Inspector General, and other senior officers heading various staff divisions.

General Duty

• Graduation from any recognized University (The candidate also must had Mathematics and Physics as subjects till Intermediate or Class 12 of 10+2+3 scheme of education or equal to it)
• Age Limit : 01 Jul 1994 – 30 Jun 1998

General Duty (Pilot)

• Graduation from any recognized University (The candidate also must had Mathematics and Physics as subjects till Intermediate or Class 12 of 10+2+3 scheme of education or equal to it)
• Age Limit : 01 Jul 1994 – 30 Jun 2000

Commercial Pilot Entry (CPL)

• 12th pass with 60 per cent marks in aggregate.
• Valid commercial pilot license (CPL)
• Age Limit : 01 Jul 1994 – 30 June 2000

Salary : Rs. 75000/-
